Mark has worked extensively as a practicing CPA, serving both private and public clients, largely in the investment management, securities brokerage, real estate, technology, and private equity spaces. Mark has also worked heavily in private equity and venture capital, with primary focus in real estate and technology investments. In addition to his financial background, Mark also carries strong entertainment industry experience, both as an independent producer and Director of Marketing and Development with the St. Charles based production company, Onesti Entertainment, which produces and presents hundreds of concerts, festivals and television specials each year. Mark is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, holding both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accountancy, as well as a master's concentration in real estate finance. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Co-Founder

Jonathan James (JJ) is a Chicago-based vocal and acting coach, actor, musician, director, and producer with more than 30 years of experience working with theatre, film, and television clients across the U.S. and internationally. His students have earned major placements and scholarships, including a full-tuition award to Berklee College of Music and six figure scholarships to DePaul University’s Theatre School. JJ recently served as vocal director for the Elgin Symphony Orchestra and Point2Point’s production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and has directed productions such as Prodigal Son and The Outsiders at the Athenaeum Center. He is the Music Director for District 200 and Executive Director and co-founder of JK Entertainment. He also provides coaching through his private studio. His coaching and directing work continues to expand internationally, and outside of theatre he performs music throughout Chicagoland, both solo and with his student band WOOF!.
