Founder, Manager

Mark has worked extensively as a practicing CPA, serving both private and public clients, largely in the investment management, securities brokerage, real estate, technology, and private equity spaces. Mark has also worked heavily in private equity and venture capital, with primary focus in real estate and technology investments. In addition to his financial background, Mark also carries strong entertainment industry experience, both as an independent producer and Director of Marketing and Development with the St. Charles based production company, Onesti Entertainment, which produces and presents hundreds of concerts, festivals and television specials each year. Mark is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, holding both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accountancy, as well as a master's concentration in real estate finance. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Co-Founder

Jonathan is a Chicago-area actor, as well as guitar, bass, piano, drums, and vocal instructor. In addition to his work in the arts, Jonathan has worked as a senior trader at a Chicago proprietary trading firm, running an energy and commodity desk. Even greater for his love for investment and theatre, is Jonathan's love for animals. Jonathan has also previously led a variety initiatives in his full-time work with PETA and continues as an active advocate for animal rights to this day. Jonathan received a bachelor's in music education, with emphasis on vocal education, from North Central College.
